Posted by Bengt Köhler Sandberg 2013-01-23
Lens: Konica Lens 35mm f/3.5
4-element, 4-group composition.
Aperture: f/3.5 to ?? - I would guess f/16
Shutter: 1/360 to 7.5s
Light meter: CdS, center-weighted
ISO 25 - 3200 - DX-code recognition only (ISO 25 if you use a film that don't have DX-code)
Flash: Built in only
Weight: 175 g (without battery)
Takes 135 film
24×36 negative size.
Good considering the size of the camera.
Very simple framing mask and a little dot in the middle where AF will lock on.
Two small leds on the side of the viewfinder.
Green led if the camera finds focus
Red led if light is to low and will use flash if not turn off.
This Konica lens have really good image quality.
Quite plasticy and feels cheap.
But it sill works ater +10 years so it's must be quite good.
Operating + Sounds
Great litte picket camera but still full frame.
The Konica lens is really well and images are very sharp and with great bokeh.
AF system works very well and have very few shots where it have got it wrong.
But one little problem I have hade is with the shutter button which you can press halfway to lock the AF.
You get a little green led at the viewfinder and then I correct the framing and then press all the way in but the camera will not fire.
The green light is still fully litt and I don't know why it won't work.
I have owed two of these cameras and both of them do this sometimes.
It's not that often so I would not say that this is a big problem but annoying.
The camera is also very auto everything and you can't change much.
It do have a exposure comp - or + 1.5 which can be quite handy but thats about it.
Great image quality
Bokeh / Flare
Quick and simpel to use
Size / lightweight
AF system works well
Feels cheap and plasticy
Everything is so auto
